摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施,极大地推动了互联网和农村电子商务的发展。为了搭上互联网经济的快车,各大电子商务平台简化各种审批流程,出现了一些违反国家法律、危害个人财产安全、损害消费者合法权益的经营行为。完善农村电子商务法律法规、健全农村电子商务监管体系、建立多元化农村电子商务纠纷解决机制、积极发挥政府服务职能是应对当前农村电子商务交易乱象的有效措施。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has greatly promoted the development of the Internet and rural e-commerce.In order to catch up with the rapid development of the Internet economy,major e-commerce platforms have simplified various approval processes,so there have been some business actions that violate national laws,endanger personal property safety and harm consumers’legitimate rights and interests.Improving the laws and regulations of rural e-commerce,improving the rural e-commerce supervision system,establishing a diversified rural e-commerce dispute resolution mechanism and active exerting government service functions are effective measures to deal with the current chaotic rural e-commerce transactions.
