摘要
随着现代篮球运动的不断发展和篮球比赛对体能要求的不断提升,如何利用功能性体能训练方法提高青少年篮球运动员的身体素质和竞技能力,已成为当前篮球教练员面临的一个重要课题。通过对功能性体能训练基本理论的研究,分析了功能性体能训练的基本原则,提出了基于运动员身体形态、功能、运动能力和竞技能力的功能性体能训练方法,以期为现代篮球运动员提供更科学、有效、有针对性的功能性体能训练方法,提高青少年篮球运动员对功能性体能训练方法的认知度和训练积极性,促进篮球运动水平不断提升。
With the continuous development of modern basketball and the continuous improvement of the physical requirements of basketball games,how to improve the physical quality and competitive ability of young basketball players by using functional physical training has become an important issue faced by basketball coaches at present.Through research on the basic theory of functional physical training,the basic principles of functional physical training are analyzed,and the functional physical training methods based on the body shape,function,sports ability and competitive ability of players are put forward,so as to provide more scientific,effective and pertinent functional physical training methods for modern basketball players,improve the awareness of functional physical training methods among young basketball players and their enthusiasm for training,and promote the continuous improvement of the basketball level.
