摘要
《化妆品监督管理条例》正式施行,一系列法律法规也相继发布,中国化妆品法规监管体系已初步建成,进入了科学、严谨、高效的监管时代。为了更好地理解并应用系列法律法规内容,从化妆品全生命周期出发,分别从原料选择、产品开发、生产经营、市场监督4个方面对中国当下化妆品法律法规进行了框架性梳理和初步解读。
With the official implementation of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics,a range of laws and regulations have been issued successively.The regulatory system for cosmetics in China has been initially completed,and has entered an era of scientific,rigorous and efficient supervision.In order to better understand and apply the content of these laws and regulations,from the perspective of the life cycle of cosmetics,we have conducted a framework combing and preliminary interpretation of China’s current cosmetic laws and regulations in four aspects,namely,raw material selection,product development,production and operation,and market supervision.
