摘要
目的:了解目前国内化妆品市场问题现状,掌握不合格产品的质量安全风险点,为今后化妆品问题靶向性抽检提供参考。方法:对2020年国家药品监督管理局(以下简称国家药监局)网站通告的不合格化妆品的类别、产地、抽样地、不合格项目等信息进行汇总,对重点类别产品及突出问题进行统计分析。结果:2020年国家药监局共通告不合格化妆品162批次,产地以广东省居多,为133批次(82.10%),抽样地遍及全国27个省(直辖市、自治区)。其中染发、烫发类产品122批次,占比高达75.31%,为主要不合格品种。不合格问题包括标签标识、微生物超标及非法添加禁用物质等。此外,染发、烫发类不合格产品还存在实际检出成分与批件配方及(或)标签标识成分不符的情况。结论:染发类、烫发类产品质量安全风险较高,应加强对这些产品的监管,为化妆品消费者打造安全的用妆环境。
Objective:To understand the current status of the domestic cosmetics market and grasp the quality and safety risk points of substandard products,and provide a reference for future targeted sampling of cosmetic problems.Methods:Summarize the category,place of origin,sampling location,and substandard items of unqualified cosmetics announced on the website of the State Drug Administration in the year of 2020,and conduct statistical analysis on key categories of products and outstanding problems.Results:In 2020,the State Food and Drug Administration announced a total of 162 batches of unqualified cosmetics,most of which were produced in Guangdong province were 133 batches(accounting for 82.10%),and the samples were all over 27 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)across the country.Among them,122 batches of hair dye and perm products,accounting for 75.31%,were the main unqualified products.Unqualified issues include label identification,excessive microbes,and illegal addition of prohibited substances.In addition,there were a large number of unqualified products such as hair dye and perm,where the actual detected ingredients do not match the batch formula and/or label identification ingredients.Conclusion:Hair dye and perm products have high quality and safety risks,and supervision of these products should be strengthened to create a safe makeup environment for cosmetic consumers.
