学前教育质量评估体系的构建:来自新西兰的经验

摘要 新西兰构建学前教育质量评估体系的经验为我国完善学前教育质量评估体系提供了一定的启发:建立独立于教育行政部门的质量评估机构,体现“促进公平”的评估取向,建构阶梯递进式的评估内容,设计清晰全面的评估指标,提升学前教育机构的自我评估能力,确定合理科学的复评周期,健全评估信息公开机制。 New Zealand’s experience in building the quality evaluation system of preschool education has provided some inspiration for China to improve the quality evaluation system of preschool education:establish a quality evaluation institution independent of the education administration;reflect the evaluation orientation of“promoting fairness”;construct the stratified evaluation content;design clear and comprehensive evaluation indicators;improve the self-evaluation ability of preschool education institutions;determine a reasonable and scientific evaluation cycle;improve the evaluation information disclosure mechanism.
