摘要
针对动力煤湿法分选存在的高灰低质细泥问题,以淮南矿区的动力煤分选为例,研究了现有分选工艺情况,并分析了存在的矸石泥化、高水低质细泥、运行成本等问题,提出了应用干法选煤技术进行全粒级分选的可行性。同时,通过研究干法选煤技术发展历程、技术方法原理,对比分析了干法选煤与湿法选煤的优势。最终,提出未来动力煤分选应大力使用干法选煤技术,实施“大精煤”战略,加强煤炭清洁高效利用,实现煤炭行业高质量发展。
In view of solving the problems of high-ash and low-quality slime in the wet separation of thermal coal,taking thermal coal separation in Huainan mining area as an example,the existing separation process is studied,and the existing problems such as gangue slime,high water and low-quality slime,and operation cost are analyzed,and the feasibility of applying dry coal separation technology of thermal coal by whole grain grade is proposed.At the same time,the advantages of dry and wet coal preparation are compared and analyzed by studying the development history and principle of dry coal preparation technology.Finally,it is proposed that in the future thermal coal separation,we should vigorously use dry coal separation technology,implement the"large refined coal"strategy,strengthen the clean and efficient use of coal,and achieve high-quality development of the coal industry.
