摘要
论述了FGX型复合式干法选煤设备的结构、分选机理、技术特征、分选效果和推广应用情况;该系统不用水,投资少,工艺简单,生产成本低,对环境污染少,占地面积小,建设周期短,设备运转可靠,入料粒度范围宽;选煤厂生产实践表明,应用该系统生产动力煤,可获得较好的经济和社会效益。
Compound dry cleaning technique is a brand-new method to separate coal originated initially in China and adapted to the situation of China. Through utilization of this method,we can save energy and water,protect the environment,develop clean coal technique,as well as adapt to different requirements of dynamic coal enterprises,contributing to solve difficulties of separation of coal (such as lignite) which is liable to undergo degradation in water,full utilization of refuse and improve feed ratio of raw coal.
