摘要
民族共同语是现代民族国家的基因,语言共同体的生成既标识现代民族国家的存在,也支撑现代民族国家的建构,因此,通过语言共同体这一视角能捕捉到关于现代国家成长的信息。随着统一的多民族国家政治架构的确立,社会主义中国便开始了语言共同体的建设,在建设实践中,普通话的定位由汉民族共同语转变为国家通用语言,将各民族整合在全国性的语言共同体中。同时,尊重和保障各民族的语言权利,引导并凝聚各民族对国家的认同,可将其概括为国家通用语言与民族语言、地方语言的柔性统一,这正是突破语言共同体建设困境的中国式出路。全国性语言共同体的生成不仅服务、支撑社会主义中国的民族国家建设,还契合社会主义民族国家的建设逻辑,即政治统一性(一体)与文化多样性(多元)的柔性统一。
The national common language is the gene of modern nation-state,and the generation of language community not only marks the existence of modern nation-state,but also supports the construction of modern nation-state.Therefore,information about the growth of modern country can be captured from the perspective of language community.With the establishment of the political structure of a unified multi-ethnic country,socialistic China began to build a language community.In the construction process,common spoken Chinese changed from the common language of the Han ethnic group to the national common language,and all ethnic groups were integrated into the national language community.At the same time,respecting and safeguarding the language rights of all ethnic groups,as well as guiding and strengthening the national identity of all ethnic groups can be summarized as the unity of the national common language and the ethnic language and local language,which is the Chinese approach to break through the dilemma of language community construction.The formation of a national language community not only serves and supports the construction of a socialist nation-state in China,but also conforms to the logic of the construction of a socialist nation-state,that is,the integration of political unity and cultural diversity.
