摘要
世界上很多国家都存在跨境民族和跨境语言。如何在教育机构内部处理跨境语言事务,直接关系到语言问题的解决、语言权利的维护,以及语言资源的开发。罗马尼亚的克卢日–纳波卡“巴贝什–博尧伊”大学位于该国西北部的多民族地区,该校在欧盟政策框架内,结合自身地理位置、历史传统和发展目标制定了极具特色的学校语言政策,采取罗马尼亚语、匈牙利语、德语三条教学线齐头并进的融合式多语教育模式,并取得显著成效。本文基于语言资源视角对该校的成功经验加以分析,并尝试为我国高校跨境语言教育资源的挖掘和利用提供建议。
Cross-border ethnic groups and cross-border languages exist in many countries around the world.The way educational institutions deal with cross-border language matters is directly related to the resolution of language issues,the preservation of language rights,and the development of language resources.The Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca,located in a multi-ethnic region in the northwest of Romania,has developed a distinctive language policy within the EU context.Considering its geographical location,historical traditions and development goals,the university has adopted a trilingual education model in which Romanian,Hungarian,and German are taught in parallel,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper analyzes their successful experience from the perspective of language-as-resource and tries to provide suggestions for Chinese universities on how to tap and utilize cross-border language education resources.
