高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)结合断食对成年人体成分影响的Meta分析

摘要 研究目的:探究高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)与断食(Fasting)相结合的方式对普通成年人体成分的影响,为后期研制针对体成分的运动处方提供依据。研究方法:对Pubmed、Embace、the Cochrane Library、中国知网等数据库自建库到2023年10月3日期间的研究进行检索,实验对象为成年人(≥18岁),干预措施为HIIT结合断食并报道了体成分变化的随机对照实验(RCT)都被纳入Meta分析中。研究结果:经筛选共有8项RCT符合纳入标准,共226位实验对象进行了HIIT与Fasting的联合干预(HIIT combined with fasting, HF)。Meta分析显示HF(HIIT+Fasting)相较于HIIT或Fasting的单独干预在体重、BMI、腰围、脂肪量、去脂体重上均有显著差异(P<0.05),在体脂率上没有显著差异(P>0.05)。亚组分析显示干预时间长、HIIT运动间歇时间较长的联合干预对成年人体成分有更显著的改善(P<0.05)。研究结论:干预时间长、HIIT运动间歇时间较长的HF可以安全有效地对成年人体成分产生有益改善,且优于HIIT或Fasting的单独干预。干预时间短的HF可以改善Fasting造成的去脂体重的流失。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the influence of combining high-intensity interval training(HIIT)with fasting on the body composition of typical adults.The goal is to provide a foundation for future exercise prescriptions targeting body composition.METHODS:A systematic search was conducted in databases,including Pubmed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure,covering studies up to October 3,2023.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)reporting changes in body composition in adults(≥18 years)subjected to combined HIT and fasting interventions were included in the meta-analysis.RESULTS:After meticulous screening,8 RCTs involving 226 participants undergoing combined HIIT and fasting(HIIT combined with fasting,HF)met the inclusion criteria.The meta-analysis indicated significant dfferences(P<0.05)in weight,BMI,waist circumference,fat mass,and lean body mass between HF and individual interventions of HIT or fasting,while no significant difference was observed in body fat percentage(P>0.05).Subgroup analysis suggested that longer intervention durations and extended HIIT intervals were associated with more pronounced improvements in adult body composition(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Prolonged interventions with extended HIIT intervals in HF can safely and effectively bring about beneficial improvements in adult body composition,surpassing the outcomes of individual interventions involving HIT or fasting.Shorter interventions with HF can mitigate the loss of lean body mass caused by fasting.
