摘要
快速准确地检测蜂蜜品质,不仅可以维护消费者权益,还可以规范蜂蜜市场。光谱技术以其高效、快速的特点在蜂蜜品质检测中得到了极大的研究及应用。本文综述了近红外光谱技术与紫外可见光谱技术在蜂蜜品质检测中的研究,为光谱技术在蜂蜜品质检测中的应用提供参考。
Rapid and accurate detection of honey quality can not only safeguard the rights and interests of consumers,but also regulate the honey market.Spectral technique is an efficient and rapid method,which has been studied and applied greatly in honey quality detection.This paper reviews the research of near infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy in the detection of honey quality,and provides a reference for the application of spectroscopy in the detection of honey quality.
