摘要
蜂蜜是一种深受大众喜爱的饮食产品,富含多种营养成分及活性功能。本文主要从蜂蜜的主要营养成分、含有的有毒害物质以及蜂蜜所含物质的相关调查分析3个方面进行研究与展望。
Honey is a popular food products,rich in a variety of nutrients and active function.This papermainly study the three main aspects as follows:the main nutritional components,the toxic substances and therelated substances in honey.
