高原机车牵引通风系统CFD计算研究

Research on CFD calculation of traction ventilation system for plateau locomotives

摘要 以某型高原机车为例,利用FLUENT仿真软件,以其平原工况为基础,对风道结构进行计算和优化,使风道各部分均能达到工作要求。由于高原地区气压低、空气密度小,为进一步计算其在高原地区工作时的状态,分析高海拔条件下风机所受影响和通风效率的改变,对各部分进行高原修正,选取海拔2800 m、4000 m、5100 m进行计算,计算后的结果与平原地区比较,验证其在高原地区能否正常工作。 Taking a certain type of plateau locomotive as an example,we calculated and optimized its air duct with FLUENT simulation software under plain working conditions to ensure that all parts of the air duct can meet the working requirements.Due to the low air pressure and low air density in high-altitude areas,in order to further calculate its working state in high-altitude areas,we analyzed the impact on fans and changes in ventilation efficiency under high-altitude conditions,made high-altitude corrections to each part,and selected altitude of 2800 m,4000 m and 5100 m for calculation.The calculated results were compared with those in plain areas to verify whether the ventilation system can work normally in high-altitude areas.
