摘要
针对CKD8G型机车的牵引电机通风道内流场进行优化设计,并对风道内的流场进行数值仿真分析。计算分析结果表明,各风道出口的风量与风压对隔板尺寸与安装位置非常敏感,误差几毫米就可能明显影响风道的风量分配,这一点与试验结果吻合较好。
The paper is aiming at optimal design and numerical simulation analysis of the flow field in CKD8 G locomotive traction motor airduct. The calculated results show air volume and pressure of airduct outlet issensitive to partition size and installing position. A few millimeters of error is possible to affect air volume distribution of airduct, which is well consistent with the test result.
