摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法和熔盐(Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4))反应法制备了花瓣状氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))涂层。通过SEM、XRD和FTIR对花瓣状Al_(2)O_(3)微纳米结构的形貌和相组成进行了表征,系统地研究了反应温度、反应时间、溶胶浓度和熔盐比等参数对Al_(2)O_(3)形貌的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数制备得到的花瓣状Al_(2)O_(3)的直径约为9~15μm,由2~4μm长、约40nm宽的纳米片组成。花瓣状Al_(2)O_(3)的形成受成核生长机制的控制。接触角测试表明,接触角为153°,花瓣状Al_(2)O_(3)涂层具有良好的疏水性。 Flower-like alumina (Al_(2)O_(3)) were fabricated by sol-gel method and molten salt (Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4)) reaction method.The morphology and phase composition of the flower-like Al_(2)O_(3) were characterized by SEM,XRD and FTIR.The parameters affecting the morphology of Al_(2)O_(3) were studied systematically,such as reaction temperature,time,sol concentration and molten salt ratio.The results show that the diameter of the flower-like Al_(2)O_(3) is about 9~15μm,which is composed of nanosheets of 2~4μm length and about 40 nm width.The formation of flower-like Al_(2)O_(3) coating is controlled by nucleation growth mechanism.The contact angle test showed that the flower-like Al_(2)O_(3) coating has well hydrophobicity with the contact angle of 153°.
