聚氨酯超疏水涂层防垢性能及现场应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对输水管道结垢堵塞的问题,采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶为基体,通过掺杂经全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷改性的TiO_(2)粒子构建微纳米结构,制备出超疏水涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和X射线能量色散谱仪分析了超疏水涂层表面的微观形貌和化学成分;采用接触角测量仪对涂层的润湿性进行了表征;建立动/静态结垢试验系统,考察了涂层对金属表面结垢行为及晶体成核的影响。结果表明:制备的涂层表面接触角高达160°,滚动角低至4.7°;静态和动态结垢试验中,涂层表面的结垢量分别减少了73.71%和55.38%,超疏水涂层具有极低的润湿性以及优异的防结垢性能,同时还具有优异的自清洁性和防污性能。现场应用测试表明,涂层疏水防垢效果明显。 To address the problem of scaling and clogging in water pipelines,with thermoplastic polyurethane as the substrate,a superhydrophobic coating was prepared by doping TiO_(2) particles modified with perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane to construct a micro-nanostructure.The microscopic morphology and chemical composition of the superhydrophobic coating surface were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X ray energy spectrometry(EDS).The wettability of the coating was characterized by contact angle measurement.The effect of the coating on the scaling behavior and crystal nucleation on the metal surface was investigated by establishing a dynamic/static scaling test system.The results showed that the contact angle(CA)of the prepared coating surface was as high as 160°,and the rolling angle(RoA)was as low as 4.7°.The scaling amount on the coating surface was reduced by 73.71%and 55.38%in the static and dynamic scaling tests,respectively.The superhydrophobic coating exhibited extremely low wettability and excellent anti-scaling performance,as well as outstanding self-cleaning and anti-fouling properties.Field application test indicated that the coating had obvious hydrophobic and anti scaling effect.
