摘要
目的:探讨疼痛管理小组式护理在混合痔术后疼痛的应用效果。方法:将我院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的120例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。2组患者均采用外剥内扎术治疗,对照组患者术后采用常规疼痛护理,观察组患者采用疼痛管理小组式护理,均护理5d,比较2组患者护理前后简化麦吉尔疼痛调查问卷、疼痛知识掌握情况以及护理满意度。结果:护理前2组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛评定指数(PRI)、疼痛强度(PPI)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者疼痛VAS、PRI、PPI评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛知识评分以及护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疼痛管理小组式护理能够有效降低混合痔患者术后疼痛,提高疼痛知识掌握情况以及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of pain management group nursing on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods Total 120patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from February 2021to February 2023were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with external resection and inter-nal ligation.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional pain nursing after operation,while patients in the observation group were treated with pain management group nursing,both for 5days.Pa-tients in the two groups were compared before and after nursing with simplified McGill pain questionnaire,pain knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing,there were no statistical differences in pain visual analogue scale(VAS),pain rating index(PRI)and present pain intensity(PPI)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,pain VAS,PRI and PPI score in the observation group were significantly lower than those before nursing,which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The pain knowledge score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain management group nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,improve the knowledge of pain and nursing satisfaction.
