摘要
目的探究加速康复外科护理配合提肛运动对环状混合痔患者肛门功能的影响.方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的100例环状混合痔患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用加速康复外科护理配合提肛运动,两组均持续护理1个月.比较两组患者的肛门功能、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、并发症及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组肛门功能、疼痛程度、睡眠质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理后,观察组肛管静息压为(53.57±3.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)、肛管收缩压为(121.06±9.22)mmHg、肛管舒张压为(175.26±9.65)mmHg,均高于对照组;疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.85±0.43)分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分为(7.18±0.69)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的18.00%;护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论加速康复外科护理配合提肛运动可有效减轻环状混合痔患者疼痛程度,改善肛门功能,减少并发症的发生,提高睡眠质量及护理满意度.
Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with lift exercise on function in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 100 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with anal lifting exercise.Both groups received continuous nursing for 1 month.Anal function,pain degree,sleep quality,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anal function,pain degree and sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anal canal resting pressure in the observation group was(53.57±3.45)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),the anal canal systolic pressure was(121.06±9.22)mmHg and the anal canal diastolic pressure was(175.26±9.65)mmHg,which were all higher than those in the control group;the pain Visual Analogue Score was(2.85±0.43)points and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score was(7.18±0.69)points,both of which were lower than the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 18.00%of the control group,nursing satisfaction was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with lift exercise can effectively reduce the pain degree,improve function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.
