2种内环流控温技术在浅圆仓进口大豆的应用效果对比研究

摘要 本文分析了全仓内环流和单管内环流2种内环流控温技术对浅圆仓进口大豆的储存影响。结果表明,内环流控温技术、单管内环流控温技术均可有效控制仓温,减少粮食水分损耗,有利于进口大豆的安全储藏,延缓粮食品质劣变。同时,单管内环流控温技术还可进一步提高绿色储粮及减损降耗水平。 This article analyzes the impact of two internal loop flow temperature control technologies,namely full warehouse circulation and single pipe internal loop,on the storage of imported soybeans in shallow circular warehouses.The results show that both inner loop temperature control technology and single tube inner loop temperature control technology can effectively control the warehouse temperature,reduce grain moisture loss,facilitate the safe storage of imported soybeans,and delay the deterioration of grain quality.Meanwhile,the single tube inner loop temperature control technology can further improve green grain storage,reduce losses,and reduce consumption levels.
