大冶铁矿某氧化矿选矿试验研究

摘要 某氧化矿选矿厂为充分利用富余产能,提高铁精矿年产量,对氧化矿进行了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明:采用磨矿—弱磁—1粗1扫强磁工艺流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm60%、弱磁选磁感应强度0.14 T、强磁粗选磁感应强度0.9 T、强磁扫选磁感应强度1.3 T的条件下,可获得铁品位64.67%、铁回收率95.16%的铁精矿,产品指标良好,该研究结果为该矿提高铁精矿年产量提供了可行的技术途径,对其他同类矿山具有一定的参考价值。 In order to make full use of the surplus capacity and increase the annual output of iron con(Daye Iron Mine Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan Iron and Steel Resources Group)⁃centrate,a beneficiation test was carried out on the oxidized ore in an oxidized ore dressing plant.The results show that the grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-one roughing one scavenging high intensity mag⁃netic separation process is adopted,under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 60%,low inten⁃sity magnetic separation magnetic field strength of 0.14 T,high intensity magnetic roughing magnetic field strength of 0.9 T and high intensity magnetic scavenging magnetic field strength of 1.3 T,the iron concen⁃trate with iron grade of 64.67%and iron recovery of 95.16%can be obtained,and the product index is good.The research results provide a feasible technical way for the mine to increase the annual output of iron con⁃centrate,and have certain reference value for other similar mines.
