摘要
在城市化进程加快的背景下,地下空间利用逐渐成为施工工程的主要项目类型,例如深基坑项目等,此类项目难度较大,若未科学开展,容易引发坍塌,造成严重的工程事故。文章将重点围绕BIM技术在地下空间深基坑工程中的应用加以研究,先研究BIM技术相关内容,明确基坑工程概述,分析深基坑特点,之后对地下空间深基坑建设中BIM技术的运用路径予以阐释,包括运用目标、应用现状、技术运用意义等。在明确技术优势的基础上,对不同环节BIM技术管理开展研究,为推动我国建筑行业发展提供借鉴。
In the context of accelerated urbanization,the utilization of underground space has gradually become the main project type of construction projects,such as deep foundation pit projects,etc.Such projects are more difficult,and if they are not carried out scientifically,they are easy to cause collapse and cause serious engineering accidents.The article will focus on researching BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering of underground space to first research the relevant content of BIM technology,clear the overview of foundation pit,analyze the characteristics of deep foundation pit,and then explain the application path of BIM tech‐nology in the construction of deep foundation pit in underground space,including the application objectives,application status,sig‐nificance of technology application,etc.On the basis of clarifying the technical advantages,the research on the BIM technology management of different links is carried out to provide reference for promoting the development of China's construction industry.
