摘要
传统的建造方法已无法满足现下以智能建筑和绿色建筑为主流的发展趋势。在项目建设的过程中采用BIM技术不仅可以优化建造流程,实现精细化施工;还可以为项目带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本文以内黄文化体育图书馆项目为例,通过BIM技术在项目中的技术应用、管理应用和创新应用,为BIM技术在场馆项目中的应用提供了借鉴和参考。
Traditional construction methods are no longer able to meet the current development trend of intelligent and green buildings as the mainstream.The use of BIM technology during project construction can not only optimize the construction process and achieve refined construction;It can also bring huge economic and social benefits to the project.This article takes the Neihuang Culture and Sports Library project as an example,and provides experience and reference for the application of BIM technology in venue projects through its technical application,management application,and innovative application.
