摘要
目的探讨健康行为改变整合理论下的盆底肌康复护理在预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留中的应用效果。方法选取本院85例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(42例)和观察组(43例)。对照组实施常规盆底肌康复护理,观察组实施健康行为改变整合理论下的盆底肌康复护理,比较两组的自我管理能力评分、尿潴留及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患者护理后的自我管理能力评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者尿潴留发生率2.33%明显低于对照组的19.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的26.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康行为改变整合理论下的盆底肌康复护理应用于宫颈癌术后,能有效提高患者的自我管理能力,提高生活质量,预防尿潴留发生,且不良事件发生率低。
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing under the integrated theory of health behavior change in the prevention of urinary retention after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 85 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(43 cases)according to diferent nursing methods.The control group received ordinary pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing under the integrated theory of health behavior change.The self-management ability score,urinary retention and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The score of self-management ability after nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in observation group(2.33%)was significantly lower than that in control group(19.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.98%,lower than 26.19%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing under the integrated theory of health behavior change after cervical cancer surgery can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients,improve the quality of life,prevent urinary retention,and the incidence of adverse events is low.
