摘要
使用直读光谱仪对铝合金样品进行化学成分分析,通过ARL3460直读光谱仪和MAXx直读光谱仪及其配套设备的日常使用、维护以及检测数据分析,从直读光谱样品、设备使用和维护、异常数据的分析处理等方面对日常工作出现的各类问题进行汇总,并讨论其对检测结果的影响,探讨设备和检测异常问题的处理方法,从而减少铝合金直读光谱检测的误差,提高检测准确度,为铝合金生产提供数据保障。
The chemical composition of aluminium alloy is analyzed using Spark-OES.Basing on the operation and maintenance of ARL3460 and MAXx Spark-OES,accessory equipment and data analysis,this paper summarizes the common problems from the aspect of spectrochemical standard sample,operation and maintenance of equipment,the analysis and process of the abnormal data,etc.The effects of factors on the test accuracy are also discussed.The handling methods of the abnormal of equipment and testing are discussed to reduce testing error of Spark-OES using in aluminium alloy,and also to provide data security during the production of aluminium alloy.
