摘要
用不同量的银,作为Al-Cu-Mg-Mn铝合金(A206)中添加物,探讨银在其中变化的影响。银含量在0.4%~1.0%时,符合A201铝合金的规格。银加入铝液后,保持60min,铝合金成分与试验预期值符合。再浇入单铸试块的砂型,取得试验数据并加以分析。由试验中发现,银含量增高,会增加铝合金的强度及硬度,但伸长率稍降;在T7热处理后的铝合金强度约为热处理前的2倍,Al-Cu-Mg-Mn铝合金热处理后,因析出硬化提高强度,同时因银的作用促成Al-Cu-Mn化合物形成,而增加强化效果。
In this study, different amounts of Ag were added into Al-Cu-Mg-Mn aluminum alloy (A206) to study the influence of Ag on its properties. The Ag content is between 0.4%-1.0% according to the A201 aluminum alloy specification. After Ag added into molten Al-Cu-Mg-Mn aluminum alloy for 60 minutes, melts were poured into the silicate bonded sand molds of separated test bars. Experimental results showed that the mechanical strength and hardness are improved by Ag additions from 0.25 wt.% to 1.00 wt.%, but the elongation is decreased slightly. After the 3-7 heat treatment, the mechanical strength is approximately twice as that of before heat treatment due to the precipitation hardening, and the forming of Al-Cu-Mn compound.
