摘要
“妃子笑”荔枝成熟期存在果肉“退糖”现象,前期研究表明叶面喷施钙镁混合肥可有效减缓果肉“退糖”,抑制果肉呼吸作用是原因之一。本文拟探讨叶面喷施钙镁肥对“妃子笑”荔枝果肉磷酸戊糖途径(PPP)呼吸速率的影响,分别进行树冠喷布0.3%CaCl_(2)、0.3%MgCl_(2)、0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MgCl_(2)水溶液及清水(对照)等4个处理,测定和比较不同发育期果肉可溶性糖含量、钙镁含量、PPP途径呼吸速率及其关键酶活性等的动态变化。结果表明,除0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MgCl_(2)水溶液处理减缓果肉“退糖”现象外,其余处理果肉均出现“退糖”现象。推测0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MgCl_(2)处理通过抑制PPP关键酶活性进而抑制PPP呼吸速率,从而抑制总呼吸速率,减少果肉糖分呼吸损耗。
Sugar-dropping in the pulp is a phenomenon at fruit maturity in Feizixiao litchi.Previous studies have shown that foliar spraying mixed nutrients of calcium and magnesium can effectively slow down the sugar-dropping of the pulp,and inhibiting pulp respiration is one of the reasons.In this paper,the effects of foliar spraying 0.3%CaCl_(2),0.3%MaCl_(2),0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MaCl_(2)and clean water(control)on the respiration rate of pentose phosphate pathway in Feizixiao litchi pulp were discussed.Dynamic changes in soluble sugar content,calcium and magnesium contents,PPP pathway respiration rate,and activity of key enzymes in fruit pulp at different developmental stages were measured and compared.The results showed that,except treatment of 0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MaCl_(2)alleviated the sugar-dropping in the pulp,overcoming the phenomenon of sugar-dropping,the other treatments did not show significant effects.It was speculated that 0.3%CaCl_(2)+0.3%MaCl_(2)treatment can inhibit the respiration rate of PPP through inhibiting the activity of the PPP key enzymes,thus inhibiting the total respiration rate and reducing the respiration loss of sugar in pulp.
