摘要
针对某电站220kV线路保护改造调试过程中出现三相开关跳跃、操作箱合位灯出现“跑马灯”现象,笔者结合保护装置、操作箱、控制回路的排查情况,分析断路器发生跳跃的原因,并提出防跳回路的改进建议。结果表明:误接线导致合闸回路异常带正电、防跳回路设计缺陷导致开关反复跳跃、储能回路异常导致三相不一致保护频繁动作是断路器跳跃的原因。该研究结果可为同类断路器控制回路故障分析提供参考和借鉴。
In view of the phenomenon of three-phase switch jump andhorse running light in the closing lamp of the operating box during the protection transformation and commissioning of 220 kV line in a power station the author analyzes the reasons for the jump of the circuit breaker in combination with the investigation of the protection device the operating box and the control circuit and puts forward suggestions for improving the anti-jump circuit.The results show that the reason for the jump of the circuit breaker is that the wrong wiring leads to the abnormal positive charge of the closing circuit the design defect of the anti-jump circuit leads to the repeated jump of the switch and the abnormal energy storage circuit leads to the frequent action of the three-phase inconsistent protection.The research results can provide reference for the fault analysis of similar circuit breaker control loop.
