摘要
现阶段的常用的机械产品自动有限元分析法均无法实现服务的高效性和敏捷性。研究首先给出云制造的产品参数化建模优化过程,最后借助正则文法构建有限元分析模型。分类阈值分别为0.4和0.6,结合正则文法的有限元分析模型的精准率分别为0.85和0.86。对比其他模型,研究所给出的FEA模型在具有更高的运行效率和性能,在自动化智能服务系统的设计和实现中提供科学技术。
At present,the commonly used automatic finite element analysis methods for mechanical products cannot achieve the efficiency and agility of services.The research first gives the product parametric modeling optimization process of cloud manufacturing,and finally constructs the finite element analysis model with the help of regular grammar.The classification thresholds are 0.4 and 0.6 respectively,and the accuracy of the finite element analysis model combined with the regular grammar is 0.85 and 0.86 respectively.Compared with other models,the FEA model presented in the study has higher operation efficiency and performance,and provides science and technology in the design and implementation of automated intelligent service system.
