摘要
为解决由于标准缺失而导致的可靠性测试流程不清晰、模型构建不规范、关键参数选取标准不统一、结果正确检验方法缺失、可靠性增长难等问题,本文在分析基于数字仿真的机械产品可靠性测试方法标准需求和国内外标准现状的基础上,开展基于数字仿真的机械产品可靠性测试方法标准研究,包括流程要求、模型要求、仿真方法与要求、可靠性评价方法与要求、结果分析与可靠性增长要求,并介绍了项目研究过程中突破的一些关键技术。
Based on the analysis of standards requirements of simulation-based reliability test method for mechanical product, and the present situation for standards development, the simulation-based reliability test method standard for mechanical products is studied, including process requirements, model requirements, simulation methods and requirements, reliability evaluation methods and requirements, results analysis and reliability growth requirements. It aims to solve the problems caused by the lack of standards, such as indistinct reliability test process, not standardized model construction, different key parameter selection criteria, lack of result test method, difficulty of realizing reliability growth, etc. At last, the key technologies studied in the program is introduced.
