摘要
目的探讨身材偏矮儿童血清维生素K_(2)与骨代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月于该院生长发育门诊就诊的100例身材偏矮患儿作为研究对象,检测其维生素K_(2)与维生素D_(3)、血清钙、血清磷、碱性磷酸酶、微量元素钙离子这些骨代谢指标的水平,采用Spearman分析二者相关性。结果与维生素K_(2)正常组比较,维生素K_(2)缺乏组维生素D_(3)水平[(20.95±7.60)ng/mL vs.(23.96±6.05)ng/mL]更低,维生素D_(3)偏低比例更高(85.0%vs.67.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维生素K_(2)水平与维生素D_(3)水平呈正相关(r=0.200,P<0.05)。结论维生素K_(2)缺乏与维生素D_(3)缺乏有相关性,两者相互影响可延缓儿童生长发育。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum vitamin K_(2)and bone metabolism indexes in short stature children.Methods A total of 100 cases of short stature children in the growth and development clinic of the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The levels of bone metabolism indexes of them such as vitamin K_(2)and vitamin D_(3),serum calcium,serum phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and trace element calcium ion were detected,and the correlation between them was analyzed by Spearman.Results Compared with the normal group of vitamin K_(2),the level of vitamin D_(3)in the vitamin K_(2)deficiency group[(20.95±57.60)ng/mL vs.(23.96±6.05)ng/mL]was lower,and the proportion of vitamin D_(3)was higher(85.0%vs.67.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of vitamin K_(2)was positively correlated with the level of vitamin D_(3)(r=0.200,P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin K_(2)deficiency correlates with vitamin D_(3)deficiency,and their interaction can delay children’s growth and development.
