摘要
目的 探析雷珠单抗与眼底激光联合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月于连云港市东海县人民医院眼科就诊的98例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按治疗方案分为对照组(n=49,单独眼底激光)和观察组(n=49,眼底激光联合雷珠单抗)。对比两组患者症状改善用时的长短、视力改善的程度,分析治疗的有效性和并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者的水肿、渗液、渗血改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视力水平高于对照组,而黄斑中心凹厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的18.37%(9/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的基础上联用雷珠单抗可提高治疗有效性,能快速改善症状及其视力情况,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of the combination of Lucentis and fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,98 patients with diabetes retinopathy who were treated in the ophthalmology department of Lianyungang Donghai County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment scheme,they were divided into the control group(n=49,fundus laser alone)and the observation group(n=49,fundus laser combined with Lucentis).Comparisons were made to indicate duration of symptomatic improvement and the degree of visual improvement between two groups of patients,and to analyze the effectiveness of treatment and the incidence of complications.Results The improvement time of edema,exudate,and hemorrhage in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the thickness of the macular center pits was thinner than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),lower than the control group's 18.37%(9/49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Co-administration of Lucentis on the basis of fundus laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy can improve the effectiveness of the treatment,which can rapidly improve the symptoms and their visual conditions,and reduce the incidence of complications.
