新型复合式蔬菜自动清洗设备的设计

摘要 为适应不同类型的蔬菜,提高清洗工作的质量,设计一款家用或小型餐厅使用的新型复合式蔬菜自动化清洗设备。通过对市场的调研,在现有解决方案的基础上进行创新优化设计。完成了“流水线式单腔多模”式创新结构的设计方案。设备整体采用流水线式布置,方便结构布置,使清洗工作有序进行。清洗腔将多种功能集成化,不同类型的蔬菜均在单个多功能清洗腔完成清洗工作,使设备体积有效减小。控制器根据蔬菜的类别自动调节清洗执行模块的参数,采取不同的清洗策略,满足了智能化的要求。设备左右两侧均布置蔬菜暂存点,通过合理的清洗工作调度,极大程度提高清洗效率,避免过度依赖人工操作。蔬菜在不同工位之间的移动主要靠电机和推杆配合完成。清洗完成后,将蔬菜沥干并送回起点完成工作。经过分析、验证与优化,该方案设计完整,结构布置合理,符合运行要求,可使设备轻松完成清洗工作。 To adapt to different types of vegetables and to improve the quality of cleaning work,a new composite vegetable automatic cleaning equipment for home or small restaurant use is designed.The design is optimized based on the existing solutions.After the analysis and discussion,the design of the innovative structure of"single-chamber and multi-mode in a assembly line"is completed.The whole equipment adopts the assembly line type arrangement,which is convenient for the structure arrangement and makes the cleaning work orderly.The cleaning chamber integrates multiple functions,and different types of vegetables are cleaned in a single multi-functional cleaning chamber,so that the size of the equipment can be effectively reduced.To meet the requirements of intelligence,the controller automatically adjusts the parameters of the cleaning execution module and adopts different cleaning strategies according to the category of vegetables.Both left and right sides of the equipment are arranged with vegetable staging points,which can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency and avoid over-reliance on manual operation through reasonable scheduling of cleaning work.The movement of vegetables between different points is mainly done by the motor and actuator.After the cleaning is completed,the vegetables are drained and sent back to the starting point to finish the work.After analysis,verification and optimization,the scheme is complete in design,reasonable in structure arrangement and meets the operation requirements,which can make the equipment complete the cleaning work easily.
