摘要
结合八钢4200 mm/3500 mm中厚板轧制过程温度情况,本文从热量传输理论、轧制过程中温度变化规律分析了中厚板轧制过程中温度变化的影响因素,并分别对于四种轧制过程中温度损失进行了现场跟踪,定量给出了八钢中厚板轧制过程中的温降模型参数,并应用到实际轧制生产中,得到了较好的效果。
Based on the temperature situation during the rolling process of 4200 mm/3500 mm medium and thick plates at Bao⁃steel,this article analyzes the influencing factors of temperature changes during the rolling process from the perspective of heat transfer theory and the temperature change law during the rolling process.Four types of temperature losses during the rolling process were tracked on site,and the temperature drop model parameters during the rolling process of Baosteel medium and thick plates were quantitatively provided.The results were applied to actual rolling production and achieved good results.
