摘要
运用拉伸、金相、扫描电镜、能谱、析出物定量分析等测试方法,研究了SPHC热轧带钢的组织性能。结果表明:带钢长度方向屈服强度最大差值约为40 MPa,抗拉强度变化平稳,伸长率变化无明显规律性。带钢宽度方向晶粒度相差1.5~2级,屈服强度最大差值约为20 MPa。夹杂物尺寸分布普遍在1~5μm之间。通过计算分析析出物对强度的贡献值,说明沉淀析出的第二相粒子具有微弱的沉淀强化作用。
The microstructure and properties of SPHC hot-rolled strip were investigated by using tensile,metallographic,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersion spectrum(EDS) and quantitative analysis of precipitates.The results show that: the maximum difference of yield strength on the direction of length is about 40MPa,the variable of tensile strength is smoothly and the elongation is irregularly.The difference of ASTM and yield strength on the direction of width respectively about 1.5-2 grade and 20MPa.The inclusions size distribution range from 1-5μm.Through calculation and analysis the precipitates contribution to strength,shows that the second-phase particles have the weak precipitation strengthening effects.
