摘要
由于冷轧厂对原料的表面质量、板形及尺寸精度等的要求较高,目前国内的其它CSP厂都没有实现冷轧基料的大批量生产,马钢CSP是国内第一家实现大批量高质量冷轧基料的生产厂。冷轧基料的产量已达到总产量的70%以上。现介绍马钢CSP生产冷轧基料的的经验,并针对生产过程中的一些问题,进行分析,并提出解决措施。
According to the demand of the cold roiling mill , it is very important to improve the quality of hot strip such as surface quality,profile,dimension precision and so ono So, most of CSP plant in domestic can not supply high quality hot strip for cold rolling in large amountso However Masteel （Ma anshan Iron ＆Steel Co. Ltd） has been the first one now. The percentage of hot strip for cold roiling is more than 70 in the CSP of Masteel . This paper described the experience of the production of hot strip for cold roiling in Masteel, and also analyzed some problems occurred in the production and provided the solution to overcome them.
