摘要
目的探究心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年4月本院ICU重症患者60例,随机分为观察组(心理护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组30例。比较分析两组患者心理状态评分、生活质量评分、护理效果、生命体征等。结果护理后观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组的护理总满意率比较,观察组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的MAP、SpO_(2)、HR各项生命体征指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU重症患者,通过采用心理护理干预,将明显改善患者心理状态评分,提升生活质量和满意度,改善生命体征指标,提升疾病预后,适用于临床推广。
Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing on nursing quality of critically ill patients in ICU.Methods The paper chose 60 critically ill patients in ICU from June 2021 to April 2023,and divided them into observation group(with psychological nursing)and control group(with routine nursing)randomly,with 30 cases each.Psychological status scores,life quality scores,nursing effect,vital signs,etc were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,anxiety and depression scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total nursing satisfaction degree was in control group,significantly higher than in observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Vital signs of MAP,SpO_(2),and HR in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing interventions can significantly improve psychological state scores,improve life quality and satisfaction degree,vital sign indicators,and enhance disease prognosis of ICU critically ill patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
