摘要
目的探讨ICU重症患者应用心理护理后对其康复效果、焦虑及抑郁的影响。方法选择我院收治的重症监护室患者110例,按护理方法分为两组。对照组55例,予以常规护理,试验组55例,予以心理护理,记录并对比两组患者干预后生活质量评分、焦虑及抑郁评分、康复效果、血压情况及护理效果、不良反应发生情况等。结果与对照组相比,试验组干预后生活质量、焦虑及抑郁评分、血压情况等改善效果均明显较好,且治疗有效率明显较高(P均<0.05)。结论对ICU重症患者应用心理护理干预,能够有效改善其负性心理、促进症状康复,提高生活质量,促进身体指征改善,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the effects of psychological care on rehabilitation,anxiety and depression of critically ill patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 110 critically ill in ICU admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups:the study group and the control group by different nursing,with 55 cases in each group;the control group received routine care,and the study group received psychological care.The life quality scores,anxiety and depression scores,rehabilitation effects,blood pressure status,nursing effects,as well as adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly better improvement effects on life quality,anxiety and depression scores,and blood pressure after intervention,and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological care intervention to critically ill patients in ICU can effectively improve patients’negative psychology,promote symptom recovery,improve the quality of life,and promote the improvement of physical signs.The clinical application effect is significant.
