摘要
目的分析根尖周炎患者拔牙同期种植牙治疗与拔牙后延期种植牙治疗的效果差异。方法选取本口腔诊所2019年1月—2022年12月收治的200例行拔牙和种植牙治疗的根尖周炎患者,按照种植牙治疗时机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采取拔牙后延期种植牙治疗,观察组采取拔牙同期种植牙治疗。在种植牙治疗后3个月比较两组患者的牙周健康指数(菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数)、种植相关指标(种植体直径、种植体长度、骨吸收量)、并发症(种植体周围炎、种植体松动、褥疮性溃疡)总发生率差异。结果治疗前两组患者的牙周健康指数相近,治疗后均低于各组治疗前,且观察组的牙周健康指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的种植相关指标优于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根尖周炎患者拔牙同期种植牙治疗取得的效果更佳,且并发症总发生率更低,值得在今后临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze effect difference of simultaneous dental implantation and delayed dental implantation after tooth extraction of patients with apical periodontitis.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with apical periodontitis after tooth extraction and implant treatment in our dental clinic from January 2019 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups according to implant treatment timing,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with delayed dental implantation after tooth extraction,while observation group with simultaneous dental implantation after tooth extraction.Total incidence of periodontal health index(plaque index,gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index),implant related indicators(implant diameter,implant length,bone resorption),and complications(periimplant inflammation,implant loosening,and bedsore ulcer)were compared between two groups 3 months after dental implantation.Results Before treatment,periodontal health index between two groups was similar,after treatment,it was lower than before treatment.Periodontal health index of observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Implantation related indicators in observation group were better than control group,with total incidence of complications of 4.00%,lower than 12.00% in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous extraction and dental implantation can achieve better effect for patients with periapical periodontitis,with lower overall incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application in future clinical practice.
