机动载荷下高压压气机变形控制及结构优化研究

摘要 以某成熟发动机为对象,开展高压压气机机匣结构对叶尖间隙影响分析。建立计算模型,通过有限元数值模拟,得到压气机机匣结构在机动载荷作用下对叶尖间隙的影响规律,并对机匣结构进行优化以改善机匣在机动载荷作用下的变形。结果表明,高压压气机采用双层机匣结构能够增加压气机的纵向刚度,减小机匣的最大变形,使得叶尖间隙变化更为均匀。通过结构优化能够降低内层机匣的径向变形和相对椭圆度,减少机动载荷对叶尖间隙的不良影响。 Taking a mature engine as an example,the influence of high pressure compressor casing structure on tip clearance was analyzed.Specifically,a calculation model was established with a mature engine as the object.The influence of compressor casing structure on tip clearance under maneuvering load was summarized by finite element numerical simulation,and the casing structure was optimized to improve the deformation of the casing under maneuvering load.Through structural optimization,the radial deformation and relative ovality of the inner casing can be reduced,and the adverse effect of the dynamic load on the tip clearance can be reduced.
