摘要
近年来,随着人们消费能力的不断增强,住宅质量受到了较高的关注度。在这种背景下,开展分户验收工作既有利于彻底消除住宅的潜在隐患,也有利于降低工程质量投诉率。然而由于参建各方质量行为不规范、分户验收流于形式等多种因素的影响,这项工作还存在一些突出问题,论文对此进行了详细分析,并在此基础上提出了加强宣传与培训、完善分户验收制度等多项合理有效的建议,旨在为建设单位保障住宅工程分户验收质量提供有益的借鉴。
In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of people's consumption ability,the quality of housing has received higher attention.In this context,carrying out household acceptance work is not only conducive to completely eliminate the potential hidden dangers of housing,but also conducive to reducing the project quality complaint rate.However,there are still some outstanding problems in this work due to the influence of various factors,such as non-standard quality behavior of the participants and the mere formality of household acceptance.This paper makes a detailed analysis of these problems,and on this basis puts forward a number of reasonable and effective suggestions,such as strengthening publicity and training and improving the household acceptance system,which can provide useful reference for the construction units to guarantee the quality of household acceptance of housing projects.
