摘要
文章对湿式离合器液压控制系统中关键元器件动力学和运动过程进行理论分析,其中基于离合器运动过程提出了空闲阶段、准备阶段、非线性阶段和线性阶段的分段总体液压控制策略,并识别出系统稳态和动态工作特性差异的关键因素,在前馈+闭环压力控制基础上,增加了基于稳态液动力和弹簧力的非线性区压力动态补偿策略,并对控制策略进行了实车验证。试验结果表明控制效果的客观评价指标具有较好的一致性且满足整车开发要求。
Theoretical analysis is conducted on the dynamics and motion processes of key components in the hydraulic control system of wet clutches.A segmented overall hydraulic control strategy is proposed based on the clutch motion process,which includes the idle stage,preparation stage,non-linear stage,and linear stage.The key factors that cause differences in the steady-state and dynamic operating characteristics of the system are identified.Based on feedforward and closed-loop pressure control,a non-linear pressure dynamic compensation strategy based on steady-state hy-drodynamics and spring force is introduced.The control strategy is verified through on-vehicle test-ing,and the experimental results show that the objective evaluation indicators of control effectiveness have good consistency and meet the requirements of vehicle development.
