负压厂房事故后压力动态变化研究

摘要 对负压厂房事故工况下压力的动态变化进行了研究,得到了负压厂房事故后压力变化的理论计算方法。指出房间恢复负压所需时间取决于3个因素:排风量、泄漏水与空气的换热量、门缝面积,其中泄漏水与空气的换热量对室内压力峰值影响大,门缝面积对恢度负压所需时间影响大。通过模拟计算分析了事故后泄漏物质的扩散规律,可供类似负压厂房事故排风设计参考。 In this paper,the dynamic change of pressure in the negative pressure workshops under the accident condition is studied,and the theoretical calculation method of pressure change after the accident is obtained.It is pointed out that the time for the room recovering the negative pressure depends on three factors,including the exhaust air volume,the heat exchange between leaked water and air,and the door crack area.The heat exchange between the leaked water and the air has a great influence on the peak of indoor pressure,and the door crack area has a great influence on the negative pressure recovering time.The diffusion law of the leakage material after the accident is analysed by the simulation,which can be used as a reference for the accident exhaust design of similar negative pressure workshops.
