摘要
数字经济作为一种新的经济形态,在推动山区农产品物流、商流、信息流共享,改变山区农产品流通方式与流通效率,促进山区农产品流通等方面发挥了重要作用。本研究基于交易成本理论,利用2012—2021年贵州省及其各市(州)相关数据实证分析数字经济对山区农产品流通效率的影响与特征。研究发现:(1)贵州省及各市(州)数字经济发展水平和农产品流通效率均呈现上升趋势,数字经济能够显著促进农产品流通效率的提升;(2)从数字经济的细分维度看,数字产业化能够显著提升农产品流通效率,数字基础设施与数字技术应用对农产品流通效率的提升效果不显著;(3)数字经济对贵州省农产品流通效率的影响具有明显的区域异质性,对贵州地级市农产品流通效率的提升效果显著,而对自治州农产品流通效率提升效果较弱。基于上述研究结论,文章提出了相应的对策建议:完善数字基础设施建设;构建数字化网络平台;提升流通技术水平;制定合理的差异化发展战略。
As a new economic form,the digital economy is playing a significant role in promoting the sharing of logistical,business and information flow of farm products in the mountain region,changing the circulation mode and circulation efficiency of farm products in the mountain region,and promoting the circulation of farm products in the mountain region.Based on transaction cost theory,this study utilizes relevant data of Guizhou Province and its cities(states)from 2012-2021 to empirically analyze the impact and characteristics of digital economy on the distribution efficiency of agricultural products in mountainous areas.Key findings indicate an upward trend in both digital economy development and agricultural product circulation efficiency during the study period.Notably,digital industrialization plays a pivotal role in enhancing farm produce circulation efficiency,while digital infrastructure and technology applications exhibit no significant contribution.Regional variations in the impact of digital economy on farm produce circulation efficiency are observed,with prefecture-level cities contributing more significantly than autonomous municipalities.To further leverage the digital economy's potential in empowering mountainous agricultural products in Guizhou,strategies such as enhancing digital infrastructure,building robust digital platforms,upgrading technological aspects,and implementing differentiation strategies are proposed.
