摘要
目的探讨基于费曼学习法的O2O教学考核模式在年轻护士心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月—2022年3月南通市第一人民医院80名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组实施心肺复苏常规教学,试验组实施基于费曼学习法的O2O教学考核模式,教学结束后,通过考试比较两组护士的理论成绩、操作成绩,通过问卷比较两组护士的临床胜任力、职业认同感以及学习满意度。结果实施基于费曼学习法的O2O教学模式后,试验组理论成绩显著高于对照组,试验组操作成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施此教学模式后,试验组的临床胜任力在评判性思维、临床护理、领导力、人际关系、法律伦理实践、专业发展及教育咨询方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施此教学模式后,试验组的职业认同感在一致感、把握感、患者影响感、自我决定感、自我效力感、有意义感及组织影响感方面均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施此教学模式后,试验组学习满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于费曼学习法的O2O教学模式考核模式在年轻护士心肺复苏培训中的应用,提高护士掌握相关知识和技能的能力,增强学习兴趣和职业认同感,并且提高护士对培训的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the O2O teaching and assessment mode based on the Feynman learning method in the CPR training for young nurses.Methods 80 nurses from the Nantong First People's Hospital between March 2019 and March 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The nurses were divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group implemented the routine teaching of CPR,while the experimental group implemented the O2O teaching and assessment model based on the Feynman learning method.After the teaching,the theoretical scores and operational scores of nurses in the two groups were compared by examination,and the differences in clinical competence,professional identity and learning satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared by questionnaire.Results After implementing the O2O teaching model based on the Feynman learning method,the theoretical scores of the nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the nurses in the control group,and the operational scores of the nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the nurses in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the implementation of this teaching model,the clinical competence of the nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the nurses in the control group in the areas of critical thinking,clinical care,leadership,interpersonal relationship,legal ethical practice,professional development and educational consultation,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the implementation of this teaching model,the nurses in the experimental group had a significantly higher sense of professional identity than the control group in terms of sense of consistency,sense of control,sense of patient influence,sense of self-determination,sense of self-efficacy,sense of meaningfulness and sense of organisational influence,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Afte
