摘要
运用遗传算法针对场外核事故烟羽区应急撤离人员聚集点的个数设置和选址问题展开研究,依据居民区—聚集点的不同配对方式进行最短组合路径的计算并对其组合进行优化,由此找出居民区—聚集点的最优组合方式,获得居民区坐标最适宜的聚集点设置方案。
Aiming at the number of evacuation personnel gathering points and the location of evacuation sites in the smoke plume area outside the nuclear accident,the genetic algorithm is used to calculate the shortest combined path according to the different pairs of residential areas and gathering points and calculate their combination optimization,to find the optimal combination mode for residential areas-aggregation points,and obtain the most suitable aggregation point setting plan for residential area coordinates.
