摘要
采用锻轧法进行异型铜带生产时,受工艺设计因素影响,带材表面常存在锻压斜纹,会影响产品的力学性能和表面质量,造成产品的大量报废,严重影响生产效率和成品率,给企业带来较大损失。有效改善或消除锻压斜纹,对于产品品质的提升至关重要。通过生产实践验证,锻压斜纹深度大于0.05 mm时,后道工序无法将其消除。因此,以锻压斜纹深度作为检验指标,采用正交实验法对锻压关键工艺参数(锻压力A、步进速度B、锻压加工率C、锻压频次D)影响程度大小进行研究,得出各因素对铜带表面锻压斜纹影响的顺序为A=D>C>B。结果表明,锻压力为800 kN、锻压频次为850 Hz、锻压加工率为69%、步进速度为3.2 m/min时,锻压斜纹深度为0.02 mm,满足后续工艺要求。
When forging and rolling method is used to product special-shaped copper strips,forging twills often exist due to the influence of process design factors,which affect the mechanical properties and surface quality of the product,result in a large number of scrapped products,seriously affect production efficiency and yield,and cause significant losses to the enterprise.Effectively improving or eliminating forging twill is crucial for improving product quality.Through production practice,it has been verified that when the depth of the forging twill is greater than 0.05 mm,the subsequent processes cannot eliminate it.Therefore,taking the depth of forging twill as the inspection index,orthogonal test method was used to study the influencing degree of key forging process parameters(A.forging pressure,B.step speed,C.forging processing rate,and D.forging frequency),and the influencing order of the factors on the surface forging twill of copper strips is A=D>C>B.The results show that the forging twill depth is 0.02 mm under the forging pressure of 800 kN,the forging frequency of 850 Hz,the forging processing rate of 69%,and the step speed of 3.2 m/min,meeting the requirements of subsequent processes.
