摘要
接插件加工形成的毛峰峰高值是影响接插件产品质量的决定性因素,研究切削加工中毛峰峰高的形成规律是确保接插件产品质量的关键。本文通过在YB-211型高精度卧式铣床上对H65黄铜的接插件进行正交设计(OED)切削试验,根据极差R值来表征和分析了各因素水平对接插件黄铜毛峰的影响。
The peak high value of burrs produced in the connector machining is the decisive factor in the impact of product quality of connectors, It is important to study the machining mechanism of burr high value formation for ensuring the quality of the connector. Through the study on the YB -211 high precision horizontal milling machine, the orthogonal ex- perimental design (OED) cutting experiment of H65 brass connector is implemented. The effects'of each factor on the brass burr of the connector are characterized and analyzed by range R values.
