摘要
目的:探讨硬膜外针注水试验置管法在硬膜外分娩镇痛中的效果。方法:将2022年4月至2023年3月我院产科收治的200例足月头位临产产妇作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为研究组与对照组,各100例。对照组采取试验阴性置管,研究组采取试验阳性置管。比较两组产妇的置管有效率、血管误伤率及镇痛25min前后的VAS(疼痛视觉模拟评分)、MAP(平均动脉压)、HR(心率)水平。结果:研究组产妇置管有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇血管误伤率低于对照组(P<0.05);镇痛前两组产妇疼痛评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),镇痛25min后研究组产妇疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇镇痛前后HR、MAP水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:硬膜外针注水试验置管法可提高硬膜外分娩镇痛的成功率,降低血管误伤率,维持母体生命体征的稳定,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of epidural needle injection tube insertion method in epidural labor analgesia.Methods:Taking 200 full-term women admitted in the obstetric department of our hospital from April 2022 to March 2023,as the study objects,which were randomly divided into study group and control group,according to the random number table method,100 cases each.Test negative catheterization was performed in the control group and test positive catheterization in the study group.Compared the catheterization rate,vascular injury rate,and VAS(pain visual analog score),MAP(mean arterial pressure),and HR(heart rate)levels before and after 25min of analgesia.Results:The efficacy rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05);no difference in maternal pain scores(P>0.05)and the pain score was lower than the control group(P<0.05);HR and MAP(P>0.05).Conclusion:Epidural needle water injection test can improve the success rate of epidural labor analgesia,reduce the rate of vascular accidental injury,and maintain the stability of maternal vital signs,which is worth popularizing.
