摘要
目的:探讨复方紫草汤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院苍山院区收治104例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各52例。对照组予以米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方紫草汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、包块大小等指标。结果:观察组总有效率为98.08%,高于对照组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组包块直径、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组包块直径、VEGF水平低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、肌酸激酶(CK)、孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组β-hCG、CK、P水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.85%,低于对照组的19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方紫草汤联合米非司酮治疗能有效提高异位妊娠的临床效果,减小包块大小,降低患者β-h CG、CK、P水平,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Zicao Decoction combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method:A total of 104 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Cangshan Hospital of the 900th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with Compound Zicao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,mass diameter and other indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.08%,which was higher than 82.69%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in mass diameter and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels in two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,mass diameter and VEGF levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),creatine kinase(CK)and progesterone(P)between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-hCG,CK and P in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.85%,which was lower than 19.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Zicao Decoction combined with Mifepristone can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of ectopic pregnancy,reduce the size of mass,reduce the levels ofβ-hCG,CK,P,and
