摘要
随着食管癌术后患者生存率及生存年限的提升,健康相关生活质量(HRQOL)已逐渐成为评价食管癌患者远期结局的指标之一。但目前食管癌术后患者近期和远期HRQOL仍不理想,且国内相关研究较少,极少关注术后HRQOL。本文对食管癌患者术后HRQOL水平现状、影响因素与展望进行综述,以期为国内该领域研究提供参考。
With the improvement of postoperative survival rate and survival years of patients with esophageal cancer,health-related quality of life(HRQOL)has gradually become one of the indicators to evaluate the long-term outcome of patients with esophageal cancer.However,at present,short-term and long-term HRQOL of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer is still not ideal,and there are few relevant studies in China,and little attention is paid to postoperative HRQOL.This article reviews the status quo,influencing factors and prospects of HRQOL level in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery,in order to provide references for domestic research in this field.
